Vikki Renfrow started her real estate career in 1987 and was very successful as a licensed Realtor.

Vikki moved to the Central Coast to accept a position as the General Sales Manger with CBS and FOX television where she honed her sales techniques, marketing strategies, and negotiating skills.

With her positive upbeat attitude, Vikki always gives 100 percent and always follows her number one rule...to treat people the way she likes to be treated. It’s no wonder this businesswoman quickly rose up the ranks and opened her own media firm, Renfrow & Associates.

With family ties in the Bay Area, Vikki moved to Discovery Bay seven years ago and resumed her real estate career armed with all the experience of negotiating national marketing campaigns and managing a talented sales force. Successfully growing her real estate career, Her personal experience as a water front homeowner coupled with her extensive knowledge of the local market has earned Vikki the well deserved reputation as one of the leading real estate professionals in the area.

Vikki is an active member of the Discovery Bay Chamber of Commerce, Discovery Bay Country Club, Discovery Bay Yacht Club, and the San Joaquin Yacht Club on Bethel Island. Vikki is also a co-chairperson with her husband Bob to raise money for the Contra Costa Meals on Wheels organization in conjunction with the San Joaquin Yacht Club. As a club, through several events held throughout the year, we raise about $40,000.00 a year to help home bound seniors. Bob Beauregard started his sales career as a salesperson in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. He quickly rose through the ranks from salesperson to General Manager of one of the largest volume luxury car dealerships in the United States with a sales staff of 30 plus.

Bob moved to Discovery Bay in 1988 to start a software development company that successfully developed and sold fully integrated accounting software solutions to the automotive industry. The software was developed in a programming language called "C++". That was the origin of the name of our boat, the Sea Plus Plus. If you see us on the river, be sure to wave hello. Bob started working with Vikki to help develop and deploy highly successful marketing campaigns for luxury waterfront properties. As the volume of their business grew, it turned into a full time commitment so Bob became a licensed real estate agent and now works full time in real estate focusing on investor relationships and maximizing investor's return on investments.

Bob wrote software that tracks investment opportunities from public records and to date all of our client's investment properties have a positive cash flow with CAP rates averaging approximately 9%.

Bob's and Vikki were married on Valentine's Day in 2006 and are full time Realtors® and residents on the water in Discovery Bay.

Bob is also a member of the Discovery Bay Country Club, Discovery Bay Yacht Club, and the San Joaquin Yacht Club where he served on the board of directors for several years and co-chairs a committee to raise money for the Contra Costa County Meals on Wheels program.
